Mangawhai Substation Designation and OPW

SECTOR LOCATION B&A applied for and obtained Notices of Requirement for the designation and construction of Mangawhai Central Substation. This was a key infrastructure project to support the growth recently being experienced in Mangawhai.
Ruakākā Solar Farm

SECTOR LOCATION B&A successfully obtained non-notified resource consents from Northland Regional and Whangārei District Councils for the construction and establishment of a solar farm. The solar farm will have 25,000 panels supplying approximately 16.9 MWP of energy.
Puriri Park – Kāinga Ora Development

SECTOR LOCATION B&A provided planning advice and obtained resource consents for a key project of Kāinga Ora’s build programme in Whangārei. The project delivered 37 new homes alongside a multipurpose community room with shared kitchen and terrace which provides a focal point adjacent to the park and fosters community connections.
Te Tai Tokerau Papakāinga Toolkit

SECTOR LOCATION In 2017, B&A collaborated with four Northland councils to create the Te Tai Tokerau Papakāinga Toolkit and a summary brochure. These resources assist Māori landowners with papakāinga developments and provide a framework for future guidance. The project showcases a successful regional partnership supporting Māori land initiatives.
Tāiki ē: Te Tiriti Strategy and Implementation Plan

SECTOR LOCATION B&A supported Northland Regional Council and Iwi/Hapū in developing Tāiki ē: Te Tiriti strategy and implementation plan. The plan sets clear governance and operational priorities to give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and outlines partnership obligations in the Te Taitokerau context. It provides a robust framework for implementing Te Tiriti commitments.
